Hi. I'm a 37 year old single Mom of 2. I have battled my weight since a preteen. I have tried almost every diet plan out there and have even considered having surgery. My weight has fluctuated in my adult life from 165 to 330 lbs and I've lost 100+ lbs twice on the Atkins diet. I have a stressful job as a nurse and I am tired of fighting this battle but I'm a sugar/carb addict and I realize that this will be a lifelong struggle for me. I will never be able to eat like "normal" people... I fell off the wagon in this last year and recently put back on 60 of the 80 lbs I had lost in the three years prior. I'm hoping that this is the last time I have to lose this weight and that I can find my happy medium to maintain for the rest of my life. I'm determined to get in the best shape of my life and could use all the support I can get!!
