Peanut Butter Cookies

Yummy peanut butter cookies that are extremely low carb.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all 3 ingredients together and roll into 20 balls.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Bake for 9 to 10 minutes - bake to the size of half dollars.
  3. Divide the number of cookies by the carbs in the peanut butter to get a count per cookie.
  4. Note: you can use creamy or chunky peanut butter.

These cookes were really bad :/ They only taste like sweetener yikes. Had to throw them away.

These are too dry and crumbly. I will reduce the amount of Splenda to 1/2 cup, add a tsp. of vanilla and 1/4 tsp. salt next time.

I made these they also fell apart and were awful!?..So don't know why ..maybe another egg? or some cream cheese

excellent and simple..and yes Very dangerous!could not resist eating them all in a day!I am avoiding making them further for my atkins induction..I have plans to try adding some protein powder in future to reduce carbs and increase protein per cookie..

These are fantastic! I use egg substitute and add use a little extra egg (got me a few extra cookies!), as well as brown sugar substitute. To keep them from sticking too badly,I covered my pan with aluminum foil and sprayed with PAM.
