Hi, my name is Ashley. Ive been a member for 6 years now. My struggle with my weight began when I was 20. I am now 29. When I was younger I had a great metabolism and didn't have to worry about what I ate. I was very active, that was a plus too. But once I graduated High School, my activities declined and I started eating differently once I was out of my grandmas house and on my own. I joined Fs to help me lose weight and get back on track.
