oh, I so needed to see this, new to keto, only second week and I work 12hr shifts at night. I do great when I'm off, but when I get off in the morning, I feel this intense hunger, like I just could just eat anything, not sure why or how to control it, any ideas?

Sounds like you are needing a meal after work, not just a snack. My go to snack is a slice or two of deli turkey meat with horseradish mustard rolled up. I "make" them in advance.

That sounds like circadian rhythms affecting your leptin, ghrelin, and whatever else it can. Maybe eat a hard boiled egg an hour before you get off in the mornings. You'll probably still be hungry but it should be much more manageable.
