Been cooking like a mad woman today. Deer hunters will be arriving this evening. Gonna have a house full. I have made a breakfast casserole, 2 different chicken casseroles, and a hamburger casserole. Homemade noodles are rolled out and drying on the kitchen table. Brownies and zucchini bread are planned, but haven't gotten to them yet. All this stuff and nothing I will probably eat. Potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. Oh well, I won't starve! Need to figure out some veggies to fix. Thinking green bean casserole and I'm not sure what else. I like to have things made up so whenever the guys come in the door they just have to warm something up in the microwave. I look forward to this family time every year.
