Me too. It's either all or nothing so right now I'm going for nothing. A bite of anything sugary and I'm done for. Solution: Cannot take a bite of anything sugary.

I feel you. I have this problem too. It is so unfair that we hafta control the amount we take in. Nothing else we can do except CONTROL. Don't give up! You can do it one day. :)

I second Meagan4, I can't have chocolate or candy in the house because if I KNOW it is sitting in the house, I will finish it before I touch REAL food.

hey guys,I am a sugar addict too. refined sugar has a trigger that does the same this as drugs in your brain. Meaning that if you start, your brain will never send the signal to stop.
Only way to do it is by NOT eating any,for at least 68 days, wich is the time your brain needs to learn a new habit. I know it's long, but it's the way to do it if eventually you wanna be able to have a bit like normal ppl.
Also, your brain need carbs to function. for those on the no carbs diet, you might experience depressive symptoms etc until you binge on sugar and bread..
Try fruits, especially raspberries or blueberries etc.. They will help a great deal..
