I have been on track this week except for one day which I went to about 1900 cals. It was a late night and I didn't log it in but by now, I pretty much know the caloric value of something so adding in my head is easy.
My body aches after the P90X sessions. I am actually keeping up with those guys on the video, though I pause it and take a few more breaks than they do. I made a vow to work on the thing that I like doing the least, and that I need to work on the most. This happens to be one thing...my abs.
Hate ab exercises and my abs are so weak that I don't complete the ab ripper program but do as much as I think I can do without pulling a muscle. So I do abs first and at least every other day. Time to put this gut in order as I lose.
