Nothing really new in this neck of the woods....still in the mid 190's and still plodding along. I'm at a pretty good weight, get a lot of compliments from people. The question for me is, Is "pretty good" good enough. I already know the answer, a big "NO"! But it's going to take some consistent work and dedication to get from here to where I want to be which is another 15 to 20 lbs less and striving for under 15% body fat. There's still ample fat to loose, it's just spread out and not all in one area so by looks, with clothes on, I'm not bad. Looking for the mojo to get where I want to be and it comes from within. Nearly 58 years old and it's not as easy as it used to be. Although was it ever really easy?
I'm a bachelor this weekend, my wife is off to NY to visit family. My youngest daughter has an engagement party tomorrow so that's on the agenda and I'm in the process of major yard work, right now getting the yard ready to be reseeded. At least it burns lots of calories. A big thanks to all my FS friends and buddies, I would never have had any success without you and this site. Have a great weekend.
