Weight is kinda stalled, but I haven’t had a BM in the past 3 days. Hopefully, when I do, I’ll see some weight drop. Made a delicious meatloaf today. Trying out the recipe to see if it would be good enough for Mother’s Day. It IS, thankfully. Saw online to place the meatloaf on slices of bread before cooking. Absorbed all the grease, and made cleanup a breeze. Six slices of bread for perfectly in my 13x9x2” baking pan.
