Only lost 1 pound this week. Started the week with very high calories. Even though I had a couple days with only 1,300+ calories, my average daily still ended up being 1,915. Still lots of room for improvement.

An av of 1900 DAILY is a deficit. I think that’s a healthy deficit.

1300 daily would prob make your body hold onto your weight. Too low. It’ll slow your metabolism.
