My husband is coming home today for the weekend. He's been out of town all summer for work and this will be the first time I've seen him in two weeks. I'm excited to see him again, and undoubtedly we'll go out to dinner. I'm still trying to pick a place that has some good options. Last time he was here it was restaurant week and we went to this great place in Dublin ($25 a person for a 3 course meal!). It was incredible and the portion sizes were nice. He really wants to go back but their regularly priced menu is a bit expensive. I have a feeling we'll end up there tonight. Not upset about that at all.
Then he goes back for one more week and he's finally back for good! Yay :)

Glad to hear your husband will be home. Two weeks is a long time to be apart! Glad to hear he'll be home permanently soon 😀😀😀 We went to Dublin last year, loved it! (I presume you're talking about Dublin, Ireland?) It was a tad pricey, though, but a great place for a holiday. I wouldn't mind spending a month there. I'm into Irish folk, and it's just great going to different pubs listening to the music 😀

Lol, I think I must have known you were in the States really, but when in saw 'Dublin' it just made me think of a nice time! Well, I bet there's an Irish club in your Dublin, anyway! Hope you have a great weekend!

Thanks everyone! We ended up going to a Japanese steakhouse. They always give you so much food, but I think I was pretty good about the portions I actually ate. Looks like I have at least 2 more meals out of it, lol.

That sounds fun - so glad he will be home soon. I would miss my husband terribly if we were apart too long.
