Friday again…already….

98% sleep last night…was more recovered today than yesterday’s reading….

Rode yesterday in Scotland in a zwift course…was a mountain course…did 8.75 our of 11 miles…after an hour…I lose interest in completing the course…lol…

Just started sipping ☕️ before weigh in…duh….guess I’m not woke up yet…in too big a hurry to get the coffee ☕️ high this morning…

Actually…I’m tired of fasting..tired of weigh in everyday….would just like to normally lose weigh….but my body doesn’t work that way…going to break my fast at 48 hours..just not into it ..not sure where my head is..but it’s not into fasting…or at least not now….

Plan to ride…and listen to a podcast….

Sipping coffee…mind is more settled…guess il stay in my fast…yesterday as I looked at fatsecret….all the food photos looked good..but I wasn’t hungry…not hungry now…but sometimes I just wonder if there’s ever an end to it…will I ever reach my goal…and be able to eat normal….well…differently not normal for the way people eat now…but normal for the way it was before fast food and processed food…I mean the meals here….are great…but not sure what they fry eggs in..what kind of oil….they get a truck in every Thursday….so…it’s a guessing game if and when you eat….still have to pick and chose the best choices….and I’m tired of rabbit food…even though it’s good….to a point….

Guess I was having a fasting melt down while ago….ready for second cup of coffee ☕️ ….and getting my mind in the right frame…

Was talking to someone here about fatsecret yesterday…not that she needs it…but hey…I like to spread the words still…was also telling her about the podcast on cancer and how all the major diseases we now have are manmade…and reverseable…

Bring on the world…I’m fired up now…

This a whoop tracker….doesn’t track steps..instead tracks sleep..heart…recovery….strain on exercise…and keeps expanding….

I am also tired of fasting right now. I am going to eat for a few days. Still restricting my eating window and not snacking. Still logging. Adding exercise today. Can you request your eggs be not fried? Like poached or soft/hard boiled instead?

Yes whoop…since I started using it 2-3 years ago..my sleep has improved as well…as being able to track my heart rate when I ride better….I don’t exert my heart past the rate I want to take it…less stress on it…

Cancer has been with us always. They are finding it bog bodies and even in 5000 year old bodies discovered in the Himalayan mountains as the permafrost is melting. Even stomach cancer noted in some of these bodies belonging to peoples known to be primarily vegetarian. It’s a tricky business for us to try to limit or eliminate the foods that we do know are contributing to our health problems

I like omelette s…with cheese..and I have jalapeño pepper I sprinkle over it…then I sneeze…lol

WBH, do you still need to pay the subscription fee, or is there an option for low or no fee? The initial purchase is fairly spendy and I can see how it is worth it when a person is balancing exercise with cardiac rehab/safety. @Suze and Kenna, I went down a YouTube rabbithole yesterday and landed in Ken Berry's podcast chain. My eyes were widened in disbelief and my jaw dropped during the anthropological discussion. Modern man is descended from the super predators: ancestors that consumed the meat of meat eaters. None of us are descended from pure vegetarians. They are extinct. Berry is all about the carnivore diet, saying plants all contain different things that make us sick. I tried it once, not for me.

When I first started with whoop..I started with a whoop 3…. When they updated I got the whoop 4 for free….yes you can make monthly or yearly payments….I was looking for something that would sync to my zwift program I use when I ride my trainer…nothing else would sync all the time..their customer service is great….or I thought so…
