Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday….

Not having a fasted meltdown like yesterday….I’ve noticed no 2 fasts are the same…regardless of the length…

My whoop says I’m recovered from yesterdays ride of 6.6 miles up a 341 ft hill…doing a 47 min ride in zwift….it doesn’t know my right knee is puffy…that if I ride today it will be day 6…this week…only 39 miles..nut 1541 in elevation….hills make you stronger…even though..when your going up..you keep looking for the top…lol…

Plan to ride in couple of hours…might be a flatter road..just to get a workout in…

As for fasting….another hour be hitting day 3…I’ve noticed this fast..weight isn’t dropping as much…guess my body is testing me…yesterday..it may have won..today….new day…new focus…

☕️ was good…started adding salt to it…thinking even though I use electrolytes in my water….what the heck….

Was suppose to rain today..guess someone needed it worse…looking like 90s…and humid ..be closing the window shortly….I remember when summer was a time to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air…now…it’s enjoy it after sun goes down…and close the window…at about 8-9 am…to keep the room bearable..I better change the subject before I get started on the weather….lol…

Well…time to move on…coffee is gone….I’m ready to burn some flab….just enjoy that morning workout fasted….

Ty lady..and so…..got zwift set up..getting ready to do a ride…start rest of the day…and listen to a podcast while I ride…keep my brain learning…lol

I have an exercise bike and I don't like the experience because my belly is so big it gets in the way of my legs as the pedal goes up (my bike has a chair seat). I think I can tolerate it for 5 minutes. So, I will do 5 min before calisthenics and 5 min after calisthenics. Will have a podcast on and think somewhere you are doing the same thing 🙂

Something to think about…whether it’s 30 minutes at one time or 6x5 minutes..still 30 minutes….sometimes when your starting a new routine…

My butt falls asleep on my bike, and the pins & needles last for what feels like an eternity. You're doing fantastic WbH!

If I don’t ride my trainer for several weeks I have to break my butt back in as well…it’s a matter of no pain..no gain…you can buy padded seats…padded riding bibs…cream for in between your legs…I sit on one of those little seats…made of leather….I kno the pain all to well…the more you ride…the less it hurts…

Look at my profile..you will see my trainer and the sear my butt has gotten use to….now one hack I use…it’s to keep saddle soft…gotta say..after a ride..that’s debatable…I use boot oil rubbed on seat every time I get done riding….keeps seat soft…but I also like the fact that when you sit on seat….it kinda holds you in the same place on the saddle…sure you can move around if you like…but if you find a certain spot..that’s where you want to stay…

Oooh, that's a little seat. Now when I'm biking I can say to myself, "this sucks, but at least I have a comfortable seat!" I suppose loving comfort is part of what got me in this predicament in the first place 🤔
