We have our end-of-school-year celebration at work, I decided to participate. So a slice of pizza, meatballs, chicken, salad, cake and ice cream later I've had most of my calories for the day. Carbs and fat will be higher than normal, protein lower. But it's only a day and I will adjust - probably a small salad for dinner. Kind of fun actually, I enjoyed the splurge. I'll do a 3 mile walk at lunch and hit the exercise bike this evening.

its all part of life,, for me I am not ready to splurge just yet,, but I will at some point everyone does. every once in a while,, you must "put a little Life into Living " ~ Vinnie Tortarich

Nothing wrong with as long as you know what you need to do, and sometimes it is a mental thing to enjoy.
