Lost only 3 pounds in February, a total of 6.7 so far this year. I had planned to do better, but at least I'm moving in the right direction and even at only 3 pounds a month, I will reach my goal this year. I can't say I'm pleased with my progress, but I'm not totally disappointed. Looking forward to more productive days in March. Thank you all for your support!!! 💚💜💛

Every day you lose a little is a step in the right direction. 3 lbs. is still quite an accomplishment.

I feel that one, I only lost 2lbs in February... totally shocked, bummed and disappointed. I followed the same diet I did in January and in January I lost 18lbs. It's a bit discouraging seeing such a small loss for me. Gaining weight is so much easier and so much faster than losing it.

I tried a strategy of making a small realistic goal and I far exceeded it. Goal no junk food for one day in the week. Turned out I went without junk food 7 out of 10 days!

@chrissyLuv. if you are exercising and building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. your wt may even go up for a short time!

Losing is GREAT in any amount & when it's slower it usually STAYS off!! That's what we ALL look forward to - the OUTCOME!! Keep positive - this can be a time when "losing" can be a great word! 😄
