Our shortages are much more mundane: Whole Foods low-sugar pickle relish was missing from the shelves for at least 4-5 months. Then their low-fat mayo disappeared, and I've had to try another brand. I like to mix half low-fat mayo and half non-fat plain yogurt for tuna salad and chicken salad.

We were having a shortage here in North Georgia a few weeks ago, but it seems to be OK now. I'm seeing it on the shelves again.

I’m not really into it, but my friend gets it on auto delivery from Amazon so she never runs out. You might look there. We’re short other things. Stores like target are filling empty shelves with odd items again.

I live on sriracha! If we have a shortage I might freak out. We did have a hot sauce shortage about 6 months ago. Sriracha was pretty much the only thing you could get.
