Just had my birthday celebration today at work. I love my job and have good relationships with all my co-workers, it was fun. Said the H*** with it and had some cake and fruit. Tasted good. Will adjust the rest of the day but there goes this morning's fast out the window. Since reading the book "Younger Next Year" and trying to follow the general advice, I've got to say that I do feel younger. At least in my head I'm going down in years and not up.
