Slow and steady wins the race.
Congratulate me, FS friends! I just completed my second round of the 75 Hard challenge. As you can see if you follow my trials and tribulations here, you know that I am very liberal and flexible in my eating and my exercise. I have learned so much about myself. I finally learned it's a long con!!!
I started this May first. The "before" pix below are still 47# down from my highest (recorded) weight of 230#. The "after" pix are today. Sorry I look so hulking an pissed off in the first pix. I had just worked out, lol.
Also, added bonus, I learned to cut my own hair during covid.
My stats are:
Starting 5/1/22 vs. Today, 10/7/22
Weight 183#, 163#
Bust 41", 39"
Waist 39", 34"
Belly 42", 40"
Hips 46", 41.5
Neck 14.5", 13.5"
R Arm 13.5", 12.5"
L Arm 13.5, 12.5"
Even though my stats didn't change much in the second round, and honestly I half-assed a lot of it, I still see a lot of difference. Going to do a round three after a week off. Get ready for pictures of bourbon and burgers! 😋😋🤙🤙
