Since I shot myself in the foot (again) over the weekend I plan on making up for it by reduced calorie intake today through Friday. It won't be terrible, I'm going to try and hit 1300 to 1400 calories/day. That should make up about 2000 calories. I was 215lbs this morning, still holding on to excess water despite having messed up my digestion to the point I'm in the bathroom every half hour. My body's teaching me a lesson, maybe I'll learn this time? Hope everyone has a great week.

We're old dogs Bill, hard to learn new tricks. Or maybe just hard to let go of old habits. :) I'm an optimist and always look for the bright side of things, so on that note if I consider how I used to eat and live I'm doing great!

Glen, it's good to not be walking down the path alone. I did the same thing with pizza a couple weeks ago, had it at work and then my wife wanted some for dinner, I was too happy to oblige. Today's a new day, no pizza for either of us!

Oh, so sorry, me too. My body rebelled after that pork sandwich from Sunday. It did me in especially late yesterday.

Thanks Bre-e_co and Wholefoodnut. My self-caused digestion problems are over. Maybe I even learned something in the process. Down this morning a couple pounds, will continue to flush out the crud and burn the extra calories I consumed.
