Music with my daughter went great last night, had a wonderful time and came home on cloud 9, even did well avoiding the desserts at church. But then I just lost it with self control and stepped off the deep end, ate whatever I could get my hands on. A very large bottle of brown ale might have played a big part in it, after that I think even my little dog was avoiding me, afraid he might be the next course, lol. Up a couple pounds this morning and suprised it's not more. So much for being good over the weekend, back to damage control mode for the week. :)

I don't have too many of those mental nutritionless meltdowns but sometimes, they just happen! I say lets just start fresh the next day. No harm, no fowl. My family is very important to me and I'm not going to pass up on spending time with them so I'm betting you really enjoyed time with your family. The dog....that's why God made em quick! Haha!
