Draglist's Journal, 08 Sep 14

Had another great eating day where I nearly nailed all my macro targets. But something very perplexing: my pre-dinner weigh in was up to 202.4, after I hit 200.6 upon waking. I ate a normal amount of food at work (about 900 calories) consisting of low sodium cottage cheese (with chia, flax, cacao, nibs, cinnamon, turmeric, and pepper), an apple, and a yogurt. Had some coffee with Stevia and coconut oil early and then green tea with Stevia in the afternoon. And made appropriate trips to the bathroom (both). Very funny indeed. Just when I think I have it all figured out! No workout tonight as Mondays are my off day. Sodium 1903 (the chicken was 1450 alone, but eaten after weigh in).

Here are the 9/08/14 Tanita Numbers (pre-dinner, no workout rest day):

Ha HA Ha Bill, you are getting metabolically "younger" by the day! The body is a mystery - it processes how it wishes...

I see those unusual blips in weight as well, coming at the most unexpected times with no apparent reason. I've gotten to where I just shake my head and move on. I know you will be back in the 190s quickly.
