🙋‍♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday! Heatwave here, so STAY HYDRATED!🌡️

How do you drink your water???? Add strawberries 🍓 or cucumbers or MIO drops? Plain, on the rocks?🧊 LOL I've been putting brewed herbal teas in the fridge for a refreshing drink; love the berry flavoured teas! It's record-breaking heat temperatures for this week in Calgary, so please stay hydrated! That means light (straw) coloured pee hahaha to test your levels. 👍

😎How do YOU stay cool??? I am confined to apartment at the moment (knee injury) with no AC but lotsa positivity! Maybe not so bad to be forced inside during 40C. Wearing light dresses, fans going, blinds closed, lots of fruit & veg. Might increase some icy cold protein shakes as I should lower my calories due to inactivity. Cheers, my friends! 🍹<-- fruity smoothie!

Drink it ice cold! no problem in this heat. I sometimes add a lemon or lime or some mint.

Plain or with key lime juice or lemon juice. Iced tea, iced coffee ( sans dairy) Eating lots of cucumbers, lettuce and spinach.

Thanks for the hydration tips. I don't have AC either. I'm finding I feel tired. Good news your knee is doing better. Hopefully it continue to improve.
