Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday...

I often find it hard to tell if I’m tired or just not in the mood to ride...a lot of times once I start riding the mood to ride is there...other days it’s a workout just to do the ride....today it was a workout...but a sweaty one..so guess I accomplished the main goal...slept great last night...was even up before alarm was saying ...LETS GO...GRIND TIME....just wasn’t in the mood...hope tomorrow the mood returns....

When I was on scale in the night..weight was down..should have recorded it...as after I woke up last time...took a whoosh...it was barely up....odd.....seeing several nsv....inches are showing...always a good sign...shoes feel loooser...noticed sweat pants are looser in waist...all that peddling paying off...

Though we got all the errands run yesterday...but then tax people called late yesterday...gotta go sign a name...then hopefully errands caught up for the week...I like to do them ...and be done....turning into a home body...lol

Well...another day..another ride..another journal....
