Almost took another rest day...

😃 happy 😃 Monday....

4am cell alarm says GRIND TIME....GET UP.... slowly got up..walked in to turn trainer..flat screen..fans on...came in set down in recliner...trying to wake up...was in sleep land at 359am...really out of it....got up outta recliner...walked to kitchen for sip of water...by then it’s 420am...walk back past fitness room thinking..I’m tired..I should shut it off catch couple more hours of sleep...then next thought was..if you don’t ride...your gonna wish you would of rode...walked back into kitchen..got water bottle...put it in fitness room...headed into bedroom to get kitted up..and ready to ride...the first 3 miles was in autopilot....then slowly started waking up...

Cut grass yesterday...have sinus issues...so put on mask...to help with grass issues....usually and this morning as well...day after I cut grass...even with a rider...I’m just tired...something in grass causes me to be tired...I like cutting grass...but pay for it next day...always bothered me like this....

Walmart list made out...not a lot on lt....and visit to dq...lol....weight was up 1 pound...not to worried...figure it’s water and body adjusting....

Another nice day here...in 70s....love the warmer weather...

Good for you getting in that ride. Such a dilemma to have first thing in the AM, ride or recliner? I know what I would have chosen that early! Sorry about the sinuses! Miserable I’m sure! Enjoy that shake ... IF you get one!
