Here we go! It is Wednesday and at work we always called it hump day. The same is true of my food plan. This is where I usually fall off of it then eat for the next 2 days. I have never worked any harder to get through the week without cheating on my food plan, which is to stay below 1200 calories. Today I am not going to blow it, and tomorrow I will be a better person for it. much to my delight, Hummingbirds have shown up at the feeder on the deck. I have two Ruby throated Hummers.
