Wholefoodnut- I love upper body workouts! CEMorris- thank you! I'm going to look into her more. Thanks, blessed0989. I use youtube a lot for inspiration if I don't feel like going to the gym or I want something new and seeing girls with muscle working out makes me want to get there. You can find what you are looking for- for sure.

Thanks, Mike! Not sure what I imagined, Melissa- just thinner, really. When you are obese- I don't think muscle is something that i ever thought about- just thought about pant's sizes and the number on the scale. What about you? Thanks, Yohoyoh!

It keeps me motivated to see that I am making a little progress because for some reason this month has been my biggest obstacle. IDK why. I am hoping for renewed vigor very soon. Suddenly keeping my CICO balanced has become difficult and it hasn't been the entire time- up until this month. Not sure what's changed. I have too much pride to screw it up. I refuse to be humiliated. LOL
