Last week was "transitioning" - progress over perfection, weaning off the carbs. Doing good this week with food. Working on getting my water in (that's been AWOL). Have my trusty water bottle to keep better track of how much I'm actually getting and SF water flavoring to make it easier to get down. 2 so far today so better than yesterday.

Down about 5 since 12/30. I know that's water weight (first ~5-6) but it's nice having the number down. Get the head and the food right, you're 90% there.

I've also decided to learn to like avocado. :/ It's good for me and my tastebuds WILL change. One thing at a time. I may tackle salmon after that. :P Luckily, I like enough veggies that are good for my WOE and meats that I'm super-happy with my options. Last night was kielbasa with red/orange peppers, a little onion and green beans. Added goat cheese after it was done....SOOOOOOO good.
