Woke at 216.4, the same as yesterday, but a lot more hydrated after a day of fasting but with lots of water and one black coffee. Starting the day with protein coffee but then will fast until dinner. Denise is singing at a Madrigal Dinner with full costumes and a kingly feast. I think I'm getting ham at that. I need to spend some quality time Christmas shopping today! UPDATE: Down to 215.8 at 5:30 pm. Had a protein bar at 3:30. Off to the Madrigal Christmas Dinner!
