Good morning, fs! It is dark and stormy. Meeting friends for brunch. Ready to work out. T25 upper body and 🙌🌞. Yesterday my abs hurt so much i got out the heating pad. Have a good one, everybody!

I've had that dream a million times :) Unfortunately it is never true when i wake up - I wish I could sleep clean! Enjoy your lunch!! I saw a snow / low of 32 degrees forecast for you guys on Friday - brrrrr - good job getting the snowblower so you are all ready to take it on!

Oh goodness, that is a good cup! 😁 Do keep warm! I hate the dark and gloomy. It is worse than the cold. Well, not your cold. I lived for years on the Alberta prairies and then in Minnesota. You can keep your frozen life... Far from me! 😍

Enjoy your brunch. 😊 Do you think you over did it that you hurt so much? I know feeling sore is expected, but I don't remember you saying it ever hurt like that after a workout.

Haha @melissa, that is what i am saying too! Where did you live in mn? Ugh nike, really? I am not ready for it. It was 87 earlier this week. Supposed to walk with a friend that day. @becca, idk. I am trying to push myself a little more to do the exercises they are doing n the videos, however slowly or badly, but owie my abs are barking!! @liv, yes t25. Shaun t is just diabolical. Ty on the mug -- i love anne taintor, i have a bunch of them.

Haha, that about covers it! 😂😂 my sister lived in seattle for 20 years. That is where you are i think? The darkness is hard after awhile, but the temps are way better. After last winter never want to shovel again! (But i assume it burns mad calories. Still.)

Lol it’ll never happen for me bc an immaculate home isn’t a priority. It’s average clean and ok organized. If we make it a priority, it will happen.
