Fasted 18 hours and met my friends for brunch. So many faves at this place, but i got a bbq salmon salad w/sauce and dressing on side. It was delicious, and i honestly did not envy the boys ordering delicious breakfast burritos!! Ringa ding ding, that is a major nsv!! The salad was basically a hunk of salmon on shredded cabbage with grilled corn and asparagus. Considering my options i think i chose well! I felt so virtuous, i had a shot of bourbon in my cup of tea! I tried to overestimate each component in my log. Sorry, forgot to take a pic. The weather is what we call nasty. Cold and wet. Ran into neighbor walking our dogs and he said this is a perfect day to do nothing and not even feel bad about it. I agree wholeheartedly. I had some soup and toast and gonna have a nap.

Way to go, Jen!! Glad you had a fun lunch with your friends!! I remember there were a LOT of winter days like that in MN - lovely time of year for napping :)
