2nd time ever having it. So good! I’m such a good mom that I saved back half for the kiddos. Couldn’t have eaten another bite of I’d tried I think lol.

I wish I had my eyes closed when I came past this post, I'm being real good staying within my macros and my calories for today and only had 8 oz. Diet Pepsi, 8 Pringles and 1/3 of Special K protein meal bar snack as a treat for walking 3 miles today. I will enjoy my delicious treat and wait to enjoy desert like this for when I reach 10 miles in one day. LOL ! 😄

Ma Ka this is like 970 kcal for the whole thing. Save it for when you hit goal weight/maintenance. I did and I’m glad. Otherwise I’d have been wanting it continuously! The breadsticks are my downfall though as I’d eat them daily if I could afford the calories!

This is the chocolate dessert lasagna. It’s 970 kcal if I remember correctly. It’s about 4”x4”x4” and that white stuff tastes like creamy frosting lol. The cake is my least favorite part. The white stuff then the chocolate syrup then chocolate shavings then the cake is what I like...in that order :).

For any new FS people, I’m at goal and building muscle so gaining weight. These things are slowed more often. You can even have small portions of stuff like this while losing weight just track calories and portions accurately! I ate HALF even in maintenance because I didn’t need the rest (and I didn’t want three kids beating me up for not saving them any lol). If you can’t practice portion control or these things make cravings worse then by all means avoid them. Otherwise it’s not necessary to restrict yourselves from every single treat out there.
