Woke at 241.4, up 4.6 from yesterday. Carrying massive water from the weekend's eating. Up 13.6 pounds in the last three days! It will take a week to work this off. Event is done and heading back to Maryland. Taking Denise out for her birthday dinner when we get home, so we will begin the WOE on Monday again. UPDATE: Made it home safely by 3:30 pm. Weighed in at 239.2 after skipping lunch. There will be much whooshing this week!

Can’t tell you not to weigh yourself every day – that it causes too much worries— because you know what works best for you. It would probably work for me, too, if I implemented your program. // But you have been very successful in the past, and you will continue to be successful in the future.
