This is the Macaroni & Cheese & made for the REST of the family! Well, this is just for my husband & our live-in, Dwayne. I made an even BIGGER one for the gang downstairs (son, daughter-in-law, and grandson). DIL had surgery this morning and I asked my son if he thought there was anything she would like when she got home, and he said, "She LOVES macaroni & cheese!" I ate one BITE (and yes, I recorded it) - 3.21 Net Carbs

For a second, I thought you'd given up dieting...By the way, if you go for wholemeal macaroni, you can have it, too, with moderation. And it won't harm you.
