Well now I know Im really in the ketosis mode …
Im feeling extremely energized now still and also I wasn't feeling hungry so I didn't eat my breakfast until lunch and wont eat my lunch most likely until dinner
so its cutting back on intake because my body feels full...not to mention my not wanting any snacks....
Here is another you cut back on calories and watch yourself shed the lbs..
keto works this way for me.... I just follow the signs of what my body wants...
Love me some ketosis ...have a pleasant evening everyone ;)

Is not being hungry a sign of ketosis? I’m having to force myself to eat. And for four days I’ve had this rush of energy. Though I’ve messed my back up loading my garbage bin with these drying out weeds the gardener guy left in a huge pile.

I feel this a lot although the blood keto level check meter disagrees. But hey, I'm more than a number, yeah??

I believe your there then.... and yes this is how I know I am in ketosi...s I don't use the testing strips...listen to my body and its signs... plus my body seems to be transforming too because its burning the fat for fuel... I do measure myself and hardly weigh ...sounds like you there...also kind of fruity type breath some people get too...hope your back feels better soon ;)

Yeah you are definitely more than a number... and you will be able to tell FullaBella by just listen to your body and watch the transformation of it...it works... if we just relax and give our bodies time to get there....we didn't get here overnight and we wont be at goal overnight....;)

I often can't remember why I went to the room I find myself in. I stop and think. Sometimes there is a dog or cat sitting next to me, looking hopeful and I realize I was going to feed the pets. Otherwise, it will take a minute or so of me standing still until I think "oh, get the clothes out of the dryer", "pay the bills online" or something. At least I know I am not just wandering around the house, there is always a reason I go into a room.
