Friday. My calories were up yesterday mostly due to wine. When I work nights I don't drink wine, so tonight and tomorrow will be wine free. My worst time is between 4:30 and 6. I'm hungry, I snack and have a glass (or two) of wine. Too early for dinner. But it is my favourite time of day!
I had 4,807 steps yesterday, 7 floors, 3.22 kms, burned 1,810 calories. I ate 1737 calories, so still under the wire (just!)
