Thursday: Peeked at my weight again this morning, sure it was going to be back up over 190 again - nope, still 189! Worked 5 1/2 hours of walking yesterday, clocking 12,858 steps, 5 floors, 8.6 kms, burning 2,317 calories. I ate more calories yesterday because I was working, 1990 calories. Today I am not working, so I will try to keep my calories closer to 1200. i think the biggest change I made recently was salad for work dinner (15 minute, working nights, dinner around 7:00) instead of a sandwich, which I had been doing for a very long time.
