Saturday: Worked last night, walking 14,014 steps, 14 floors, 9.38 kms, burning 2,397 calories. I had trouble getting my calories up to 1200 yesterday with eating only 1,286 calories. I tried. I should have eaten more at lunch. I am working today as well, so I will have a big lunch and still have my salad at dinner (trying not to eat carbs at night-my dinner is usually around 7pm)
