Saturday. Worked yesterday, managed to get 10,394 steps! Working again tonight. Walked 6.5 kms, 2 floors (measures going up only, and even then I know I went up the stirs more than 2 times!) and burned 2,139 calories, taking in 1,529 calories. Since I worked during the day, I allow myself my glass of wine just before dinner.
I had delicious Chicken Parmesan leftovers that I concocted on Thursday, starting out with a recipe for Weight Watchers Chicken, that I baked, then added to a bed of spaghetti and sauce, put Mozzarella cheese and some Parmesan on top of the chicken, then baked again. A bit high in calories, but yummy. Of course, I weighed everything! Served with a salad.
