Happy Monday everyone - It was amazing to watch the snow pile up last night. My lesson learned for the week is perspective - I though I was maybe a little heavy...but I never really had a good perspective. this weekend I had to retake my official picture and in the process I found my official photo from 2015...so 4 years ago. one year before I started my weight loss/get healthy journey - and three years before my pancreas resigned from full time employment. This is the same camera, pose and context so it is a true comparison. A lot of my friends comment that I didn't look like I was overweight...this is what 72 lbs lost looks like. it is such a great reminder that what I am doing works and I don't want to go back to being uncomfortable in my own skin again. I am in great health (not you pancreas) and feel awesome. It is never too late to get in shape and adopt a healthy life style. I wish everyone all the best on their personal Adventure.
