Well, thank you to whomever it was who reminded me about the smoothies I was drinking! I put one together last night, blended it this morning, and I am so happy with the yumminess! The chia seeds make my day. I squirted a tablespoon of lemon juice into it last night to keep the pears from going brown and that was just the right tang to all the sweetness. Next time I will skip the maple syrup and just put in half a tablespoon of lemon, I think that will be the same result. Happy Friday! Dancing tonight, lifting weights this afternoon. I hope our weekends go well, and that we stick to our plans!
