Day 3 of 2019. Not doing well, but I am working on it! I made soup tonight and will eat that for a few days. It was yummy!
Made a resolution: aerobics 3 times a week, weight lifting twice a week. And I should probably try to hit the 10,000 steps a day, but I have just not gotten to committing to that.
So hard to find a way to push myself!
Anyway, have a happy Friday!

Start with 5,000 a day! Small goals are much better than goals so big you end up with no goals! Baby steps become life long habits!

Good luck! Steps are hard. I fail at 10,000 steps a day 1-2 days a week and I usually get 'crazy' with the exercise...

Start with 5000 you say. How about starting with getting my grandson to show me how to work this stupid step counting watch...Gosh, sometimes I feel really old and a little senile.
