Woke at 238.0, down 1.4 from yesterday but nothing to write home about! Literally up 30 pounds from my desired maintenance level. Hoping to leverage a more carnivore-based plan this month to get there. UPDATE: Got to 236.6 before dinner. Ate the last of the zucchini bake, some sardines, and cooked up a bunch of ground beef and onions as meal prep for the rest of the week.

Careful eating too many brazil nuts. I think it is possible to get too much selenium. It is coming down so maybe ketosis is kicking in?

Can you back to your original plan you had a couple years ago? Not sure what your health requirements are. I am just tweaking my calorie and exercise combinations. I am with you finding the right leverage to get to my goal! :)

Eating Keto has helped me along with cutting back the calories. I got out of the 200's by using the Blood Sugar Diet .. just to get me started into Ketosis. I can't believe how the weight just came off. I am starting this again ... just to get the weight going in the right direction again.

@Draglist - Well you can see from my food log that I can't eat more than 1200 calories and lose weight (and that is with the constant running and working out at the gym). More importantly I can't go above 40 carbs and lose anything. I wish it weren't so, I would love to eat more, but, here I am...
