Seeing results...goood Saturday morning...4 days on zwift and 65 miles later...my being able to tolerate riding longer and doing hills..is paying off...the plan today...another 15 miles on zwift with Steven Lloyd...and il have an 80 mile week in miles...most I have done since April....each ride is improvement...
Weight on other hand is in..holding mode...and that’s fine...no gain...means gaining muscle...losing inches...all good...
Nyc is zwift ride today...easy course..with hills that sneak up on you..lol
Welp breakfast is over...have a few things to do..riding time is 1230 Steven...if your gonna ride..just meet you on zwift...
