Nsv..good Sunday morning...yesterday I hit 80 miles for the week...first time since before April...a win for me...and a victory to show me that day by day my body is getting stronger...

Plan today..not sure..want to ride..just to add more miles on for the week...but at same time..would be second day off this week...so just not sure yet..

Steven Lloyd did a 60 mile ride on zwift yesterday...I’m impressed...

Breakfast is over...need to make bed..slept great..but covers all messed up...one of them nights I guess...
