Christmas Vacation: Leaving for Florida Christmas day to spend it with my daughter and grand children. She said to bring out some workout clothes. She wants me to workout with her buff boyfriend. She knows at nearly 60 I can take him in a few areas, and since I'm older I'm going to pick out the exercises. It's going to be fun watching a 38 year old lifter wonder how the old dude does it.
