Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and add the oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin cup of a 12 muffin tin half full and bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes.
