Keto Cauliflower Buns

Buns out of cauliflower.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Rice cauliflower in food processor or blender.
  3. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet.
  5. Using an egg ring, place a tablespoon of batter into the ring and press to flatten.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
