HCG Mushroom Soup

Flavorful homemade mushroom soup.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dice and sauté mushrooms and onions and garlic in coconut oil (use spray if available).
  2. Add broth and simmer over medium heat. Stir often while adding thyme, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Add half and half cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Then add parsley.
  4. Carefully pour soup into heat safe blender if available. Note: watch for "max liquid" line on blender. Mix and enjoy.
