Keto Fathead Crackers
Cheese based crackers with coconut flour.
Ingredients
Directions
- Melt mozzarella.
- Add remaining ingredients when cheese cools a bit then mix until completely blended. Form a dough ball and place between parchment papers. Roll out very thin and cut into squares or other desired shapes.
- Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit. Remove from oven when golden brown and cool.
- Drop heat to 175 F or lower and bake until dehydrated.
- Remove from oven and let cool before eating.
