Keto Fathead Crackers

Cheese based crackers with coconut flour.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt mozzarella.
  2. Add remaining ingredients when cheese cools a bit then mix until completely blended. Form a dough ball and place between parchment papers. Roll out very thin and cut into squares or other desired shapes.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit. Remove from oven when golden brown and cool.
  4. Drop heat to 175 F or lower and bake until dehydrated.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool before eating.
