Breakfast Muffins
Yummy low carb egg muffins.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- Dice the onion and green pepper and fry off with the bacon until onions are translucent and soft.
- Mix the eggs and cream until well mixed.
- Spoon the bacon mix into 6 ramekins and divide egg mixture equally on top of the mix.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until the egg on top is golden brown and set.
